Written return and refund policy
You can return an eligible item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
You receive a refund of the merchandise total in your original payment method— all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in newer condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
Clearance Items
Gift Certificates
Personalized Items like photo jewelry and engraved products
Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
If you receive an item that has a problem, please report the issue through Contact Us.
Please note that Personalized Items are not returnable.
Return an Item or Order
Click Contact Us, provide the requested details on the form, and in your message include the following information:
- Indicate you would like to make a return
- Your name, address and order ID
- Description of the item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for returning the item
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Include the RMA on the address label or on a slip of paper in your package in order to receive credit for your return.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service to reduce problems with the carrier misplacing your package.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days. We're happy to send you a replacement or replacement parts as soon as possible.
Request A Replacement Or Replacement Parts
Click Contact Us, provide the requested details on the form, and in your message include the following information:
- Indicate you need a replacement or parts
- Your order ID
- Description of the item(s) you need replaced or the parts required
- The reason you require a replacement or parts.
Generally this is all that's needed to get your replacement or parts. In some cases, we may contact you to request a photograph of damaged items or in a few cases that the item be returned before processing a replacement.
Clearance Items
As stated at the time of your purchase, clearance items cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue, please get in touch with us. Of course we want to be fair.
